How to contruct a bulding

Since a building is constructed:
1. Checking of the area. There are analyzed the resistance and the peculiarities of the area.

2. Movement of lands and openings ditches. The area is prepared, correcting differences, both the zones of utilization and the foundations.

3. Foundation. The shoes are constructed. When the firm area is slightly resistant, slabs of reinforced concrete are constructed. During this phase the general arquetas of outlet are constructed also.

4. Construction of the structure. The structure is sustained on props or walls. On the props or walls the girders and the wrought ones are placed.

5. Elevations of the closings. The closings are the partitions that cover externally the building and that separate the interior spaces. It is necessary to bear in mind the hollows of doors and windows.

6. Placement of the facilities. There are stretched and place the conductions of warm and cold water, gas, heating...
